Wellington Rape Crisis provides free, accessible and professional support, information, counselling and advocacy for women survivors of rape and sexual abuse and their family, friends and Whanau.
Also provides free comprehensive education for secondary schools and community groups.
Wellington Rape Crisis has a committment to the Treaty of Waitangi and acknowledges Maori as Tangata Whenua with Tino Rangatiratanga.
As a group we are committed to the elimination of rape and sexual abuse and the empowerment of women and children by raising community awareness through political action, education and the provision of healing and support services.
