Serafin has been connected with the queer community since 2005 when she joined Rainbow Youth as a volunteer and brings 14 years of clinical experience working across New Zealand and Australia primarily in healthcare settings. She enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and thinks getting support should be interesting, flexible, and focused on people’s strengths. Known by her clients for her warmth, humour, and getting to the heart of the issue quickly so that her clients can get back to doing what they love to do and what they're good at, faster, Serafin works within a Positive Psychology framework.
